Healing Through Connection
You're not broken. You're just carrying a lot. If you're struggling with addiction or substance use, you're probably also dealing with anxiety, shame, relationship stress, or feeling like you're never quite enough—no matter how hard you try. Maybe you're the one everyone leans on, but you're not sure where you get to fall apart. Maybe you keep the peace, put others first, and pretend you're fine—while inside, you're anything but. And honestly? You're exhausted from holding it all together. You don’t have to do it alone.
I work with adults navigating addiction and everything that comes with it: people-pleasing, unclear boundaries, trauma, big emotions—or feeling totally disconnected from them. Whether you’re cutting back, getting sober, or just wondering what needs to change, therapy can be a place to exhale and figure out what’s next—without judgment.
Together, we'll get curious about what's underneath the struggle and what's been keeping you stuck. We'll explore patterns, build emotional awareness, and strengthen nervous system regulation. Treatment may include talk therapy, somatic tools, and creative expression-helping you feel more connected, grounded, and empowered in daily life.
You don’t need to have the right words or a five-step plan to begin. You just need a space where you feel safe enough to be honest. My job isn’t to fix you—it’s to walk with you as you start untangling what’s been hurting and move toward something that feels more like you. If any of this resonates, I’d be honored to connect.
